Cancellation & Refund Policies
We value our customers and strive to provide transparent cancellation and refund guidelines. Please read the following carefully:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pick-up: 20% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before pick-up: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours before pick-up: One day’s rental or 30% of the booking amount (whichever is higher) will be charged.
- No-Show Policy:
- If the booking is canceled on or after the scheduled pick-up time, or
- If the customer fails to collect the vehicle within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time,
the booking will be treated as a No Show. In such cases, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and the vehicle will not be provided. A new booking will need to be made. - Refund Method: Refunds will be processed only via online transfer to the customer’s registered bank account. Cash refunds are not permitted.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
